Self-Portrait
Haven't been able to put much time into this yet, but I'm trying to go for the look of the new Star Wars TV series characters.

Jumping Point 2.0
Okay. I am done with this painting...not because it's actually anything that could be considered done, but because I'm up against the wall with the designs. I have a whole lot more design work that has to be done on the environment and the characters, so I will have to do this one again. Still, it's something that can help me get the gears cranking.

WIP Future San Francisco
This is the loose layin I did for a project I have been working on for about a year. I never seem to get any time to take it further, so hopefully I can now. This is basically a street shot that I meant to be a mood piece of a future SF. I am trying to make a collection of short story/comics based on that theme. Here's to hoping I will stop being lazy!

#12: SELF-PORTRAITS/FUTURE-TECH... (to 02/01)
Happy New Year, all. Back on track and looking forward to more cool stuff on here! Really happy that we've continued the blog into the new year, 2008: a big year ("leap" year, elections, another birthday for everyone...) . Anyhow, something a little bit different this time, an Environment & You. Without further ado...
TOPICS til 02/01/08:
1. Self Portrait
2. Sci-Fi/Future Tech Landscape
Cheers!

Horror meets Thriller [A Comic]
Man-Thing was an obscure horror comic from Marvel's seventies' output; the eponymous character was a swamp creature who could sense people's emotions. If he came in contact with a person who was afraid his hands would secrete a corrosive acid (or, as the narrator would intone: "Whoever knows fear...burns at the Man-Thing's touch!").
With that in mind, let us visit our mucky monster as he encounters a horror from our own childhood...
